The Ecosystems

THE ECOSYSTEMS
An Ecosystem is made up of all the living things and non-living things that interact together in a specific place. Living Things: these are all the plants and animals. Living things in an ecosystem depend on each other. Non-living things: these are all the elements that affect the plants and animals, such as the type of soil, the climate, water, rocks, etc. Ecosystems vary in size: they can be as large as a rainforest, or as small as a pond. The Earth can be seen as a giant ecosystem. Within ecosystems, there are different habitats. These are the places where plants and animals find what they need to survive.
Let's watch this video about the ecosystems:

Are you ready to work on the ecosystems?

You need to choose an ecosystem from the ones we have just learned.
First of all,  you need to get familiar with the tool venngage. You must create an account and you will create an infographic, you can choose one of those templates.
Later,  you will create an infographic of one of the ecosystems that we have just learned, for examples: deserts, grasslands, saltwater or freshwater.

Here you can see an example of an infographic of the Forest Ecosystems where you can see the main ideas of what is a forest ecosystem.

You need to send me the link of your infographic to my email 4scienceclass@gmail.com by November 26th.  Be creative, have fun and give me the key information about one of the ecosystems!
